Was Man Wrongly Convicted Of Murder

Rochester, N.Y. - A hearing will take place in a Rochester courtroom  to determine whether a local man was wrongly convicted of murder.

Charles Pierre, who has maintained his innocence all along,  was convicted of killing his girlfriend and another man by setting a house on fire in 2002.

He has been in prison for last 12 years.

Prosecutors say that another man confessed that he committed the crime.
