Indictments handed up in Rochester homicides

A grand jury has handed up second-degree murder indictments in three recent Rochester homicides.

Seventeen-year-old Daniel Williams is charged in the August shooting death of Walter Smith in a car on Elba Street .

Victor Crawford is charged in the September 1st slaying of Aston Spalding outside of theThis Is It restaurant on Genesee Street.

And Maurice Faison (pictured) is charged in the September 3rd death of his 9 month old son, Tristan Jordan Faison. The baby's mother found him unresponsive in his crib in the couple's home on Hartsen Street.
