Rochester has the funding in place for a project to tear out the east end of the Inner Loop, and replace it with a new city boulevard. Now it has just over half-a-year to get the project designed and ready to build.
City Engineer Jim McIntosh says that's why the project designers will be at Manhattan Square Park on Wednesday, ready to talk about their ideas and listen to yours.
There are two meetings: 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.. They're at the Lodge at Manhattan Square Park.
